Recently voted “Ireland’s Best Living Tenor” by listeners of Ireland’s Lyric FM radio station, Anthony Kearns is probably best known as a member of the international best-selling group “The Irish Tenors.” As an Irish Tenor, Anthony has several CDs and videos to his credit that have sold millions of copies worldwide. In his solo concerts, Mr. Kearns is continuing the tradition of the finest Irish tenors of all times, cut from the same piece of Irish linen as John McCormack. He has perhaps the largest repertoire of Irish music of anyone living, which he enjoys presenting to the world. Mr. Kearns is a true lyric tenor with incredible aility and flexibility of voice and the ability to color notes gracefully and beautifully; he sings with great truth and conviction.

There is truly music for every taste at an Anthony Kearns Solo Concert. They are sprinkled with incredible arias, graced with beautiful classical pieces, interspersed with what he fondly calls “the evergreens,” and a generous dose of the Irish! Mr. Kearns has developed a devoted following which is growing daily, his concerts populated with people who travel hundreds, and, in some cases, thousands of miles in order to attend a concert.

The performance is being held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6180 W. Utopia Rd in Glendale, Arizona, at 7:00 PM on Friday, October 21, 2005. Doors open at 6:30 PM. All seating is General Admission.
