While I do not intentionally drop people from the list, my software pulls names when it receives a bounce notifications. Upwards of 95% of the names dropped are people who have changed their e-mail addresses, their mailbox is full, or their e-mail provider blocks us. Please check your provider and add us to your accepted address.
